Before joining Harrod Properties in 2002, Harrod worked in the investment banking division at J.P. Morgan in Atlanta and New York City. He serves on the board of Dex Imaging, Inc., the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Academy Prep Center of Tampa, St. Mary’s Episcopal Day School, the Florida Chapter of The Young Presidents Organization and the Florida Council of 100.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
Harrod is appointed to a four-year term, subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
