Those looking to reform Florida's crippling legal system will get an accurate picture of the climate tomorrow when leaders gather in Tallahassee to reveal the new ranking.
On Wednesday, the U.S. Chamber for Legal Reform and Florida Chamber of Commerce will unveil the 2019 Lawsuit Climate Survey: Ranking the States during a press conference in Florida’s Capitol.
This national survey is conducted every two years, with tomorrow being the first-time survey results are being released in Florida.
Florida continues to rank poorly across most measures of legal fairness, including treatment of class action lawsuits, damages, discovery, and impartiality.
