One of the biggest changes comes with the name of our political news website. Because of our outreach and continued growth, we will be transitioning into a new moniker: The Florida Report.
To better represent Floridians and our commitment to their news needs, we will be changing the name of the website. While the name may be different, our values and fact-based approach will not change. We will continue to give you the latest political news around the state, and we will always put the truth first.
While we will still cover the occasional national headline, our articles will maintain a heavy focus on Florida -- from the Capitol to the Keys. We will cover everything from insider news, what's happening behind the scenes, and legislative matters that are important to you.
That doesn't mean that The Florida Report will cease to exist. In fact, The Florida Report is just taking its next step in promoting healthy discussion and engaging dialogue around the state. Instead of covering politics, The Florida Report will now change the way we view politics.
Starting next week, The Florida Report will become the podcast and interview section of the website. Under the name, we will be hosting a variety of candidates, elected officials, and Florida leaders from across the state. These one-on-one interviews will Florida's best and brightest will allow you to hear directly from the source, providing you with another medium to consume your daily dose of Florida politics.
Aside from the podcast world, The Florida Report will also host debates, forums, and other events around the state.
As for the website, you can find us at TheFlorida.Report starting next week. You can also use theflorida.report to get to the new website.
Because of you, the website has grown to heights that we never thought possible. It hasn't even been a full calendar year, and yet we've become a huge player in Florida's overabundant liberal media scene. With this change, our voice will reach the people of Florida who are sick of the weekly bias news websites and unethical pay-for-play journalists.
Together, we will change the way news is presented in Florida. Please join us.
